Sales Support: Maik Bruins Slot

Since October 10, 2022, Maik Bruin Slot has been added to the Sales team. Our new member of the Sales Support department gladly introduces himself. 

Can you tell us more about you professional background? 

Before I started at Triolight, I had a similar position at a cardboard boxes manufacturer. That company gave me the opportunity to develop in sales, marketing and customer care.    

What gives you energy at work? 

It gives me energy when I have talk to customers. Especially when my contribution has a positive impact and has been appreciated. It also gives me energy when I am working on a project with my colleagues or when I am looking for (and find) a solution together with the Sales, Production or R&D department.    

 

What are you looking forward to the most? 

I am looking forward to working together with my colleagues and our customers. To work on beautiful, sustainable and smart solutions and projects together. Eventually the visible and practical aspect are important for a successful project. 

 

With what kind of questions customers can come to you?

Generally, customers can call or email me for almost everything. They can send me a request for a project or give them images of accomplished projects. For me it is important a customer has good feeling about our organisation and that I have a positive influence on that.  

 

What is your morning ritual at the office?

My morning ritual starts when I get into my car and drive towards the office. I listen to my favourite songs, which I listen to via Bluetooth, and I treat myself to a private concert off... myself. When I arrive at the office I grab a cappuccino, talk to my colleagues and I start the day.  

 

What is your first impression of Triolight?

My first impression is very good. I really appreciate the assistance I get from all departments and it gives me enough support to gather all the knowlegde about LED and the techniques to become a real specialist.
